The Doms of Iraq

The Doms of Iraq, numbering approximately 45,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a historically itinerant, endogamous community found across Iran, Afghanistan, Central Asia, Iraq, Syria, and parts of South Asia. They are also known as Ghorbati, Domari. They are an Indigenous people in the Domari people cluster of the Persian-Median Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Domari and their primary religion is Sunni Islam.
