The Saaronge of Chad, numbering approximately 93,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are described as a distinct ethnic subgroup of the broader Daju peoples of Central Africa. They are best understood as a Chadian Daju community centered in the Guéra region and can also be known as Daju, Saaronge, Dar Daju Daju, Dar Sila Daju. They are an Indigenous people, with Daju as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Ouaddai-Fur people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Sunni Islam. They primarily speak Daju, Dar Daju.
