The Kanowit of Malaysia, numbering approximately 425 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a small tribe living in the Sarawak state of Malaysia. They are an Indigenous people, in the Borneo-Kalimantan people cluster of the Malay Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion - Animism. They primarily speak Melanau, Kanowit-Tanjong.
