The Lagou of China

The Lagou of China, numbering approximately 8,400 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are n Eastern Yi people of the Guizhou-Yunnan borderlands whose ancestors lived as dependents of the Nasu and who developed a distinct Lagou identity while remaining officially classified within the broader Yi nationality. They mostly adhere to Ethnoreligion and Wusa Nasu is their primary language.

The Lagou are No Longer Unreached, which means there are more than 2% evangelical Christian populations and there are churches consistent with evangelical faith and practice. There is still more to be done among them.
