The Gha-Mu of China, numbering approximately 172,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are described as a Small Flowery Miao subgroup of western Guizhou's Nayong and Shuicheng counties in China, one of several distinct Hmong-related peoples grouped under a single official Miao nationality label after 1949 despite differing origins and dialects They are an Indigenous people, with Gha-Mu as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Miao / Hmong people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Protestantism. They primarily speak Small Flowery Miao.
