The Montenegrins of Canada, numbering approximately 4,500 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a South Slavic people indigenous to Montenegro whose culture developed in the mountainous western Balkans. Traditionally organized around kinship and regional identities, they are predominantly associated with Eastern Orthodox Christianity. They are an Diaspora people in the Slav, Southern people cluster of the Eurasian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Serbian and their primary religion is Eastern Orthodox Christianity.
