The Serbs of Slovenia, numbering approximately 53,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a South Slavic people native to the central Balkans, whose culture has been shaped by Orthodox Christianity, village and kinship traditions, centuries of life under competing empires, and a strong sense of historical and cultural continuity. They are an Diaspora people in the Slav, Southern people cluster of the Eurasian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Serbian and their primary religion is Roman Catholicism.
