The Musti Chenchu of India

The Musti Chenchu of India, numbering approximately 1,800 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a small nomadic offshoot of the Chenchu in Krishna, Kurnool, and Cuddapah districts, Andhra Pradesh, their name recalling alms-seeking. Agricultural and casual labor now supplement this practice. They mostly adhere to Hinduism and Telugu is their primary language.
