The Kuliya of India, numbering approximately 450 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a Scheduled Tribe of the agency tracts in Vishakhapatnam district, Andhra Pradesh, also called Mulia. Settled and shifting cultivation remain their occupation and they practice a local form of Hinduism. They are an Indigenous people in the Odia people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Odia and their primary religion is Hinduism.
