The Toto of India

The Toto of India, numbering approximately 1,700 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a small Scheduled Tribe of Totopara on the Indo-Bhutan frontier in West Bengal's Western Duars region, organized into thirteen clans. Agriculture, horticulture, and poultry farming remain their principal occupations. They are an Indigenous people in the Tibetan people cluster of the Tibetan Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Toto and their primary religion is Folk Buddhism.
