The Huichol of United States

The Huichol of United States, numbering approximately 8,500 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an Amerindian ethnic group indigenous to the Sierra Madre mountains in the Mexican states of Nayarit, Jalisco, Zacatecas, and Durango and can also be known as Vixaritari Vaniuqui, Vixaritari Vaniuqui; Vizaritari Vaniuki, Vizaritari Vaniuki. They are an Diaspora people, in the Aztec people cluster of the Latin-Caribbean Americans affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Roman Catholicism. They primarily speak Spanish.
