The Chol of United States

The Chol of United States, numbering approximately 39,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Mayan ethnic group indigenous to the northern Chiapas highlands in Mexico and can also be known as Ch'ol de Sabanilla; Tumbalá Chol; Tila Chol, Ch'ol de Sabanilla, Tila Chol, Tumbalá Chol. They are an Diaspora people, in the Maya people cluster of the Latin-Caribbean Americans affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Roman Catholicism. They primarily speak Chol.
