The Swakulasali Koshti of India, numbering approximately 18,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a weaving community of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Maharashtra tracing descent from a mythical weaver created by Lord Shiva. Weaving remains practiced, though many have shifted to business and service. They are an Indigenous people in the Marathi-Konkani people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Marathi and their primary religion is Hinduism.
