The Sentinelese of India, numbering approximately 60 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are described as a small, highly isolated Indigenous group in India who have lived independently on North Sentinel Island for thousands of years and actively reject contact with the outside world, preserving a unique way of life largely unknown to humanity They are an Indigenous people, with Sentinelese as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the South Asian Tribal people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Animism. They primarily speak Sentinel.
