The Ixtenco Otomi of Mexico, numbering approximately 600 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic subgroup of the Otomi, an indigenous people of central Mexico and can also be known as Otomí de Ixtenco. They are an Indigenous people, in the Otomi people cluster of the Latin-Caribbean Americans affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Folk Catholicism. They primarily speak Spanish.
