They are a south Slavic ethnic group inhabiting the Gora region of the Balkans, located at the triangle between Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia (wikipedia). They are an Indigenous people in the Slav, Southern people cluster of the Eurasian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Serbian and their primary religion is Sunni Islam.
