The Amish of Canada

The Amish of Canada, numbering approximately 11,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an ethno-religious community of German Anabaptists who fled religious persecution in Europe prior to the 18th century, initially settling in Pennsylvania, then reolocating to Ontario after the Revolutionary War. They are also known as Pennsylvania Dutch. They are an Diaspora people in the Germanic people cluster of the Eurasian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is German, Pennsylvania and their primary religion is Protestantism.
