The Babine of Canada

The Babine of Canada, numbering approximately 3,800 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an Athabaskan-speaking people whose ancestors migrated from the northern Athabaska homeland to settle around Babine Lake in British Columbia's interior, traditionally organized through a hereditary clan system called the Bah'lats. They mostly adhere to Protestantism and Babine is their primary language.
