The Rengma Naga of India

The Rengma Naga of India, numbering approximately 79,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Naga group of Nagaland and Assam's Karbi Anglong district, their name recalling a warrior's traditional dress. Shifting cultivation remains primary, supplemented by weaving and pottery, and most now follow Christianity. They are an Indigenous people in the Tangsa Naga people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Naga, Southern Rengma and their primary religion is Protestantism.
