The Manbhav of India

The Manbhav of India, numbering approximately 74,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a community of Ujjain and Ratlam districts in Madhya Pradesh belonging to the Vaishnavite Manbhav cult founded centuries ago in Berar. Temple service has given way to daily-wage labor, and they follow their own devotional order. They are an Indigenous people in the Marathi-Konkani people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Marathi and their primary religion is Hinduism.
