The Ravalia of India

The Ravalia of India, numbering approximately 603,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a mendicant community of Gujarat divided into the Panchania and Sorathia divisions, traditionally rope-makers and ceremonial drummers. Agricultural labor now supports most families. They are an Indigenous people in the South Asian Tribal people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Gujarati and their primary religion is Hinduism.
