The Dangi of India

The Dangi of India, numbering approximately 786,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a largely peasant community of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh and can also be known as Batalian, Bagal, Jalaria, Kaushal, Shut, M, Manadia, Dharne, Harbansia, Hir. They are an Indigenous people, in the Hindi people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Hinduism. They primarily speak Hindi.
