The Hari of India, numbering approximately 1,140,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a community of India and can also be known as Bhangi, Mehtac, Bhangi, Mehtor, Hadi. They are an Indigenous people, in the Garo-Tripuri people cluster of the Tibetan / Himalayan Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Hinduism. They primarily speak Bengali.
