The Moghol of India

The Moghol of India, numbering approximately 2,065,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a large Muslim social community that traces its social identity and lineage to the Mughal period (1526–1857) and is considered part of the Ashraf (foreign‑origin) Muslim strata of South Asia. They are an Indigenous people, in the Urdu people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Islam - Sunni. They primarily speak Urdu.
