The Barhai of India

The Barhai of India, numbering approximately 3,745,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an occupational community of India, the Badhai derive their name from the Sanskrit word vardhna or vardhika, meaning cutting. They are an Indigenous people in the Badhai people cluster of the South Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Hindi and their primary religion is Folk Hinduism.
