The Rwandans of Rwanda, numbering approximately 13,840,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are the citizens and people of Rwanda—a nation in the Great Lakes region of East Africa—who today are officially defined by shared nationality, language, and civic identity, rather than by ethnic classification. They are an Indigenous people in the Bantu, Central-Lakes people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Kinyarwanda and their primary religion is Roman Catholicism.
