The Highland Otomi of Mexico, numbering approximately 75,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic subgroup of the Otomi, an indigenous people of central Mexico and can also be known as Otomí de la Sierra, Sierrar Oriental, Eastern Highland Otomi, Tenango Otomi, Otomi, Eastern Oriental, Texcatepec Otomi. They are an Indigenous people, in the Otomi people cluster of the Latin-Caribbean Americans affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Folk Catholicism. They primarily speak Spanish.
