The Chiquihuitlan Mazatec of Mexico, numbering approximately 1,700 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic community of Mexico and can also be known as Mazateco de San Juan Chiquihuitlán; mazateco del sur, Mazateco de San Juan Chiquihuitlán, mazateco del sur. They are an Indigenous people, in the Zapotec people cluster of the Latin-Caribbean Americans affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Folk Catholicism. They primarily speak Spanish.
