The Mam of Mexico, numbering approximately 17,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an Indigenous Maya people whose traditional territory spans the western highlands of Guatemala and the Soconusco region of Chiapas, Mexico. They are an Indigenous people in the Maya people cluster of the Latin American and Caribbean Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Spanish and their primary religion is Folk Catholicism.
