The Eastern Highland Chatino of Mexico, numbering approximately 4,300 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic community of Mexico and can also be known as Sierra Oriental Chatino, Chatino de la Zona Alta Oriental, Lachao-Yolotepec Chatino, Sierra Oriental Chatino, Chatino de la Zona Alta Oriental, Chatino de la Zona Alta Oriental; Lachao-Yolotepec Chatino; Sierra Oriental Chatino. They are an Indigenous people, in the Zapotec people cluster of the Latin-Caribbean Americans affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Folk Catholicism. They primarily speak Spanish.
