The Uyghurs of China, numbering approximately 9,610,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic community of China and can also be known as Uyghur, Uighur, Kashgar. They are an Indigenous people, in the Uyghur people cluster of the Turkic Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Islam - Sunni. They primarily speak Uyghur.
