The Udi of Azerbaijan, numbering approximately 5,700 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are described as a small indigenous people of the eastern Caucasus, found primarily in Azerbaijan, with smaller communities in Georgia, Russia, and a few other countries. They speak Udi, a language of the Northeast Caucasian (Lezgic) language family They are an Indigenous people, with Udin as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Caucasus people cluster of the Eurasian Peoples. Their primary religion is Eastern Orthodox Christianity. They primarily speak Udi.
