The Kamoro of Indonesia

The Kamoro of Indonesia, numbering approximately 13,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an Indigenous people of southwest New Guinea's Mimika coast whose semi-nomadic traditions span river, estuary and mangrove environments; ancestral narratives shape their historical identity. They mostly adhere to Protestantism and Kamoro is their primary language.
