The Liude of China

The Liude of China, numbering approximately 2,400 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are described as an indigenous Yi subgroup of Yongsheng County in northern Yunnan, closely related to the Talu while maintaining a distinct Liude identity and cultural traditions They are an Indigenous people, with Liude as their ethnic/kinship group and are in the Other Tibeto-Burmese people cluster of the Tibetan Peoples. They mostly adhere to Chinese Folk Religion and Sichuan Yi is their primary language.
