The Youmai of China, numbering approximately 2,700 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a people of China and can also be known as Youmairen. They are an Indigenous people, in the Yao-Mien people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion - Animism. They primarily speak Iu Mien.
