The Hmong Njua of Laos

The Hmong Njua of Laos, numbering approximately 248,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a Hmong-Mien ethnolinguistic group indigenous to southwest China and adjacent border areas of Laos and Thailand and can also be known as Lao Soung (Highland). They are an Indigenous people, in the Miao / Hmong people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion - Animism. They primarily speak Hmong Njua.
