The Chiquitanos of Bolivia, numbering approximately 211,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an indigenous people of eastern Bolivia. The Chiquitanos are one of the largest lowland indigenous groups in Bolivia and have a rich cultural and historical heritage shaped by centuries of interaction with Jesuit missionaries and colonial forces. They are an Indigenous people in the South American Indigenous people cluster of the Latin American and Caribbean Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Spanish and their primary religion is Folk Catholicism.
