The Cinta Larga of Brazil, numbering approximately 1,900 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Tupi-Monde people of the Rondonia-Mato Grosso border named for the broad ceremonial belts worn by warriors, isolated from outside contact until the 1960s and centered on a hunting economy tied ritually to warfare prowess.
