The Basque of Venezuela, numbering approximately 5,400 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are citizens and permanent residents of Venezuela who trace their ethnic identity to the Basque region in the western Pyrenees, straddling the border between France and Spain. They are an Diaspora people, in the Basque people cluster of the Eurasian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Roman Catholicism. They primarily speak Basque.
