The Han Chinese (Hakka) of Suriname, numbering approximately 17,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Han Chinese subgroup whose ancestral homeland is the Hakka-speaking region of southwest China and can also be known as Mandarin, Hakka. They are an Diaspora people, in the Chinese people cluster of the East Asian Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion - Chinese Folk Religion. They primarily speak Chinese, Hakka.
