The Korekore of Zambia

The Korekore of Zambia, numbering approximately 43,500 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a Northern Shona people whose communities extend from northern Zimbabwe into the Zambezi Valley of Zambia and who trace their heritage to the historic Shona states that emerged after the decline of Great Zimbabwe. They mostly adhere to Ethnoreligion and Shona is their primary language.
