They are a southern African ethnic group indigenous to the Western Province of Zambia and adjacent border areas of Botswana and Zimbabwe. They are an Diaspora people, in the Bantu, Sotho-Tswana people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion. They primarily speak Lozi.
