The Kupsabiny of Uganda, numbering approximately 313,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic community of Uganda and can also be known as Kupsabiny. They are an Indigenous people, in the Nilotic people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Neo-Pentecostalism. They primarily speak Kupsapiiny.
