The Kwere of Tanzania, numbering approximately 276,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic community of Tanzania and can also be known as Ng'were, Kinghwele, Ngwele, Tsinghwele, Kikwere, Ching'hewele, Kakwere, Kwele. They are an Indigenous people, in the Bantu, East-Coastal people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Islam - Sunni. They primarily speak Kwere.
