They are a Bantu ethnic group indigenous to the area of Kenya stretching from Nairobi to Tsavo and north to Embu They are an Indigenous people, in the Bantu, Gikuyu-Kamba people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Neo-Pentecostalism. They primarily speak Kamba.
