The Tembo-Kitembo of Democratic Republic of the Congo, numbering approximately 342,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an ethnolinguistic community of Democratic Republic of the Congo, Sud-Kivu and Nord-Kivu provinces, Kalehe Territory and can also be known as Tembo Kivu. They are an Indigenous people, in the Bantu, Central-Congo people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Christianity - Roman Catholicism. They primarily speak Tembo (DRC, Sud-Kivu and Nord-Kivu provinces).
