The Kono of Sierra Leone, numbering approximately 329,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Mande ethnolinguistic group indigenous to Sierra Leone's Kono district . They are an Indigenous people, in the Mande people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African affinity bloc. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion - Animism. They primarily speak Kono (Sierra Leone).
