The Krio of Senegal

The Krio of Senegal, numbering approximately 9,700 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Creole community in Senegal descended from the Sierra Leone Krio people, whose identity reflects the blending of African, Afro-Caribbean, and African American heritage. They mostly adhere to Roman Catholicism and Krio is their primary language.
