The Mak of Nigeria

The Mak of Nigeria, numbering approximately 11,500 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an Adamawa-speaking people who live today in the Wurkum District of the Muri Division of Gongola State in Nigeria (Olson 1996, p. They are an Indigenous people in the Chadic people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples affinity bloc. Their primary language is Mak (Nigeria) and their primary religion is Ethnoreligion.
