The Egba of Nigeria, numbering approximately 6,145,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Yoruba subgroup tracing ancestry to Ile-Ife and Oduduwa's son Orafiyan, who founded Abeokuta under Sodeke's leadership after fleeing the Oyo Empire's collapse and later defeated Dahomey's army in an 1851 battle. They mostly adhere to Neo-Pentecostalism and Yoruba is their primary language.
